Day 4
We are trying to finish are project tonight so we dont have to worry about it tomorrow. We feel that this project is weather easy and with the infomation we have found we find it easy to make converstation. We did just the first crusade in school and hoping to finsh it all as i speak. And we did eventually finish it tonight and the final project will be posted in my next post.
Day 3
Today me and Rythm had study together and decided to use the libary database were we found a lot more infomation and a great link and article that helped expalin the crusades in a lot better detail. We plan on starting the twitter feed either tonight or tomorrow and plan to have it all done by then.
Day 2
We have decided that we will do this project over twitter. We will pretend to be two soliders in the muslim army named Asif and Saim. They will have converstation about each of our crusades in a twitter convertstaion. We looked all over the web for different info using all the search engines and found that wikipedia had the best infomation and always was the first link ..
Day 1
For this crusade's project i have decided that i am going to work with Rythm and do the project on the first, fourth and eighth crusades. As me and Rythm felt that it would be a good idea to do the first, middle and last to show a change over time. We feel that we should start our search on the web and see what others have to say..

St. Benedict The Rule 4 and 5
4. The monasteries that kep to his rules would be very institutions because these rules set the guidelines for them and led to health ways. If everyone followed these they would have a good thing and everyone would be safe. The rules made it so everyone could live a happy and peaceful lifestyle well at the same time they would have a good afterlife. Like for example rules 3-7 all talk about not to kill or do wrong doings well ones 41 talk about being good to God. All these rules set a standard for them and if they all followed it would make for a very institutions place.
5.The rule tells us about the social and econmic structure of the time by saying rules that would not be a round today. They also use a lot of older words and this shows social structure because it talks a lot about being nice to one another and to be happy but not to fall in love with anyone. It also shows econmic structure by saying things like if you do as told you will get what you want.

The jeopardy game
Throughtout the game i got a decent amount wrong but i got a lot more right. The groups or titles that i got the most wrong was technology and governement and i did really well on the religion and social structure groups the most. The questions that i got wrong were mostly the more advanded ones too. The answers that i got wrong the most was the theme system, Bureaucracy of Merit, the caste system, Abbasid administration, and theBhakti movement. Those were somethings i really did not know what they were.
Holiday tradtions
The above shows the Hanukkah table that was shown at holiday traditons. This relates to the work we are doing because it is based off a Jewish religion. It all started way back and has the idea of giving gifts to one another. The holidays are all about giving girfts and just showing peace and this doe not break that tradtion. Hanukkah has its own tradtions too like lighting a candle each night for 8 nights which is considered the 8 nights of Hanukkah. On each of those nights everyone who celebrates recieves a gift and this is very nice. Their tradtions are similiary to that of christmas but different in the way that it is spread out amonngst the eight nights.
