Homework 11/1/11 - silk road project

1) 3 things that went well for the maps was that we had a mini map that we could use to help use out on our big map. That really helped us out. Another thing would be that it was pretty easy to find infomation to get all the details on the map and such. And lastly it was also good that we got to work in groups because it made it easier to do all the work and one person could be actually doing all the drawings well the other is doing all the research.
2) 3 things i was not happy about were: that it was hard to draw the actually land. Another thing was it was hard to accuratly figure out were all the roads and everything actually went on the map. And lastly it was a lot of work to do and took a long time to do.
3) I feel that it was inbetween. I mean it was hard because it took such a long time and it was hard to draw everything accuratly but at the same time it was easy to find the infomation and everything else we needed for the map.
4) I felt that it was good. We could each ditruibute to the map by either looking info up or drawing it. We could also agree on what to do and where everything on the map went so it made it a lot easier.
5) If i had to do it again i probably would do everything in pencil and then write over it with pen so we would have less mistakes. And if we did it again i would make a grid so it would be easier to figure out where everything went.
